The Medical Insurance Manager plays a pivotal role within our healthcare complex and is responsible for the insurance department’s development, performance, governance, and administration. This position aims to produce efficient services that maximize performance and deliver the best value in medical insurance management. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in healthcare insurance, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to streamline operations and enhance patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient eligibility and coverage before services.
  • Submit claims timely with complete documentation.
  • Resolve insurance-related issues and patient inquiries.
  • Respond to claims rejections and resubmit as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with providers and billing departments for efficiency.
