As a Registered Nurse (RN), delivering patient-centered care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive nursing care, promote health, and support patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
Job Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
Monitor patient conditions, assess vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control practices.
Educational Qualification and Experience
MUST have obtained Registered Nurse (RN) licence
Minimum of 1 year post nursing school work experience is required.
In-depth knowledge of emergency care.
Must be resident in Lagos and be available to resume immediately.
Minimum of two years post-RN training work experience in care provision or medical service.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification (if applicable).
Effective problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
