We looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (M/F) to join our head office based in Cergy (95).  Reporting to the Human Resources & Communication Director, your tasks, if you accept them, will be as follows :

 

·        From France and from all around the World (MEAP & APAC) through the use of the most efficient tools and creative ideas, create strong relationships with the candidates to make them want to join SPIE Oil Gas Services.

·        Be an ambassador: identify the most relevant events to increase and lead SPIE Oil Gas Services’ network.

·         Spread SPIE’s culture and values.

·        Optimize the recruitment process, bring new tools, innovate thanks to a permanent watch. Be the guardian of our internal recruitment processes.

·         Contribute to the development of the recruitment team’s skills.

·        Ensure that a candidate applying to SPIE will have an unforgettable candidate experience.

·         Regularly audit the needs and the writing of advertisements

·         Contribute to the employer brand and deploy the diversity strategy.

·         Directly manage the recruitment of senior executives for the entire perimeter

·         Develop talent pool through sourcing techniques including referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

·         Follow up of offers and applications from the ATS.

·         Contribute to the improvement of the recruitment management tool (TalentSoft)

·         Track metrics and find solutions to improve the way of working.

·        Develop relationships with the right schools and campuses to identify and recruit the best candidates.

·        Design and organize the internal Young Engineers Employment Program

·         Follow the evolution of recruitment regulations.

-10 years of experience in recruitment ideally in Oil & Gas

-Fluent English

-Mastery in using LinkedIn and an ATS

-Mastery of interview and evaluation techniques for executive and managerial profiles
