The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They will be in charge of managing and coordinating various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in customer service, and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and supervise the work of department heads to ensure effective coordination and collaboration.
  3. Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
