OPS IT Support Assistant

Job Description:

The OPS
IT Support Assistant for the College of Law will provide customer service for Faculty, Staff and Students. Key responsibilities and
characteristics of this position are:

  • Provide evening support for instructors using classroom technology and audio-visual equipment
    in classrooms, conference rooms, and event spaces at the College of Law.
  • Respond to and resolve technical assistance from faculty,
    staff and students.
  • Assist with the installation and implementation of desktop and mobile computing devices, printers and other
    peripheral devices, and wireless computing and communication devices.

Expected Salary:

$14.00 per hour

Minimum
Requirements:

Associate’s degree or high school diploma and two years of experience in the field. Appropriate college coursework or
vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience but does not negate the minimum degree
requirement(s).
