We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Kuwait. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
  4. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  7. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
  9. Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and other events to promote products or services.
  10. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

  9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  10. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Kuwait.
  11. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  13. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  14. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  15. Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
