We are looking for a People and Admin Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our HR and administrative functions.

Job Title: People and Admin Operations Specialist

Location: Smouha – Alexandria

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

As a People and Admin Operations Specialist, you will:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination. 

• Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll and assist with compensation strategy to ensure competitiveness.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage employee documentation, and maintain personnel records.

• Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure a well-organized and safe workspace.

• Budget & Expense Tracking: Assist in monitoring administrative expenses and managing budgets.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR, administration, or office management (2+ years preferred).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and office management tools.
