Come and join us, embarking on new role, as our Policy and Partnership Development Manager.
This is an exciting time to join and be part of a new Foresight Lab, being established as part of the new CoSTAR Network, in partnership with Goldsmiths, Edinburgh and BFI.
About CoSTAR Network:
Convergent Screen Technologies And performance in Realtime (CoSTAR) is a new network infrastructure designed to drive innovation in emerging technologies across screen and performance.
Supported by UK Research and Innovation through the Arts and Humanities Research Council, the CoSTAR network is formed of five labs, based across the UK and bringing together a diverse range of partners across academia and the creative industries.
We’re currently looking for experienced individual with prior exposure of working with creative industries and innovative policy engagement.
You will be based at the vibrant Olympic Park at Loughborough University London.
Our unique East London location provides a stimulating environment for postgraduate students and staff to ask questions, challenge ideas and collaborate with a wide range of inspiring industry partners. It is a truly great campus to work at.
In this role, your remit will include:
- Captivate a diverse programme of policy engagement and partnership development.
- Collaborate with government, industry and university partners to champion new technologies in the Creative Industries.
- Leading and facilitating internal and external workshops that spark innovation.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have prior experience of operating in the UK and International Creative Industries.
- Have experience of writing policy papers and industry documents that leave a lasting impression.
- Showcase great people management and team leadership skills.
- Be conversant with new technologies and translating ideas into actions.
- Excel in providing great communication.
