About the Position
Do you bring experience in Compliance, Marketing, eLearning, Translation, Accounting, or Customer Service and seek an engaging position? We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team in Kosova to support key functions across these departments. As a Project Coordinator, your primary role will be to evaluate potential issues, propose solutions, and ensure the achievement of team goals. Based on your skills and experience, you will be assigned to one of these departments, where you will attend all project-related tasks.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist specific department’s projects to achieve team goals and company strategy
- Provide administrative support
- Communicate and coordinate with team members to maintain workflow
- Evaluate potential issues within projects and propose effective solutions
- Coordinate with various departments
- Ensure all project-related tasks are handled accurately and delivered on time
- Work based on company written policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management
Skills
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in French and English (speaking and writing); Arabic is desirable
- Professional experience either in Customer Service (CS), Compliance, Project Management, Translation, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (management, business administration, marketing etc.)
- International experience is valued
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office package
Job Type: Full-time, four days a week | Location: Willingness to relocate to Pristina, Kosova | Language: English, French, and Arabic (is desirable). | PECB will assist with accommodation for 2 weeks and pay for all the work permit procedures
