Quality and Performance Engineer QA QC Facade Wor in Qatar

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quality and Performance Engineer with a strong background in construction works, especially in external facades of buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete), and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Oversee and ensure the quality of external facade works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Manage performance evaluations and quality assurance activities for GRC and facade installations.
Prepare and maintain all required documentation, including inspection reports, quality control plans, and compliance records.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to resolve any performance or quality issues.
Review and approve quality control procedures and ensure they are implemented effectively on-site.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and performance evaluation in construction, particularly in external facades.
Solid experience with GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) works is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction standards, quality assurance, and quality control practices.
Proven experience in preparing and managing documentation, including quality reports, specifications, and test records.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
