We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Responsibilities:Quantify and estimate materials and labor costs for construction projectsPrepare and manage cost control plans and budgetsReview and analyze project schedules and costsIdentify and manage risks to the project budgetCollaborate with other project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractorsProduce and maintain project records and documentationUse Revit to create and update 3D models of construction projects

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field10-15 years of experience as a Quantity SurveyorStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBased in RiyadhCan join immediately with valid iqamaAbility to work independently and as part of a team
