As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients.
Reporting to the Head of Business Services, you will lead a team of interns and junior recruiters while collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and screen candidates through various channels to identify top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring requirements and strategic objectives.
Lead and mentor interns and junior recruiters, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS
