Mission/Overview of the Role
The mission of the Email Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator is to provide day-to-day operational support and project management. This role combines a firm knowledge of the tactical production side of Email & SMS Marketing and an understanding of a brand’s business to provide support on deadline execution, and communication across multiple channels, and to ensure the execution of a successful Lifecycle Marketing program.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution

Create and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling and engaging messaging that aligns with brand voice.
Segmentation and Personalization

Contribute to the development of lifecycle marketing strategies that grow customer retention, ROI, and LTV.

Identify opportunities for targeted campaigns at different stages of the customer journey.
Testing and Optimization

Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and timing to maximize results.
Compliance and Best Practices
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of relevant experience

Must have experience with Klayvio.
-
Experience with Braze/Iterable is a plus, as is experience with Attentive and/or Postscript
-
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools

Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing is a plus

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
-
Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail
