What will you be doing at DeepL?You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified business in our fastest growing markets. You’ll be qualifying leads and creating opportunities with large companies across all industries using a multi-channel approach (email, social, telephone).

Our Sales Development Team is passionate about consulting with potential clients from DeepL to minimise their language barriers while connecting their cultures. As such, we strive to hand over the maximum number of qualified conversations to Account Executives in order to create an excellent pipeline of potential clients. We are a team of honest, curious and actively listening humans. We communicate openly, laugh and grow WITH each other, sharing knowledge, successes, failures and lessons learned.

We’re interested in talking to candidates who are self-starters, naturally curious and who have a caring attitude towards others; qualities that can be demonstrated both personally and professionally. You should have a passion for communications/languages and a desire to be part of a fast-paced, hyper-growth scale-up. You’ll be helping to build the future of translation technology.

  • Fluency in both English and French is essential for this position.

  • Passionate about developing a career in technology sales 
  • Minimum 6 months successful sales experience (ideally in a SaaS environment in Inside Sales, SDR, BDR etc.)  
  • Team player who looks out for others and proactively helps the team
  • Fluency in other European languages such as Spanish/Portuguese or Polish is a plus but not essential
