We are looking for excited, dynamic, tech-savvy team members to join our US Operations team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hiring, building, and maintaining a team dedicated to continuous improvement in the US Operations team.
- Communicates company goals, safety practices, new Standard Operating Procedures and deadlines to the team. Responsible for ensuring that their team is adhering to these expectations.
- Responsible for consulting on and/or owning large scale projects with multiple dependencies. This role is fundamental in partnering with internal corporate teams and executing change via onsite staff.
- Motivates, assesses performance and drives improvement in team performance in partnership with HR to ensure that we are actively developing our team and continuously raising the performance bar.
- Proven ability to promote the adoption of standardized processes and systems.
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative work environment across the operations team, supply chain and full business.
- Proven track record of learning, designing, and implementing good business process and systems.
- Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives resulting in sustained results and embedded behaviors.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
- Travel will be expected at will up to 30% of the time domestically, potential annual travel internationally.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate for robots and innovative technologies.
- Previous experience as a team lead in operations, supply chain or other related fields, particularly in remote management settings.
- Good knowledge regarding mechanics, electronics.
- Proven work experience in leading large scale projects.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Fluent English.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Good self-discipline.
- Experience in employee training.
Physical Requirements:
- Office work.
- Movement ability to frequent usage of wrists, hands and finger dexterity to movements such as constant typing.
- Occasional lifting of items with weight up to 70 lbs.
