We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will support recruitment sourcing for Clinical roles (therapists, psychiatrists) and recruitment coordination for Core (corporate) roles. Corporate roles include all non-clinical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, healthcare administrators, marketers, and more. You will assist with sourcing, candidate outreach, and scheduling, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while playing a key role in maintaining recruitment metrics and process improvements. This position is ideal for someone with 6 months to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced healthtech environment.
This is a fully remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates for Clinical roles from platforms like Indeed, job boards, professional networks, and other online databases
- Create and manage new campaigns to attract candidates for Clinical roles, identifying new channels to generate leads
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates, including phone calls and any necessary methods to generate a large volume of leads
- Schedule Zoom interviews and manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring smooth communication with both candidates and hiring teams
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating recruitment activities for Core (corporate) roles
- Provide administrative support to recruiters, including tracking applicant information, updating Greenhouse (our ATS), and sending offer letters in BambooHR
- Help organize hiring events, job fairs, and other recruitment-related activities
- Ensure candidate experience is positive by maintaining timely communication and providing necessary information throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and help with reporting to ensure process improvements and goal tracking are in place
- Work closely with recruiters, to support the smooth flow of the hiring process and maintain relationships with candidates
- Assist with special projects related to Recruitment and Marketing as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned
About You
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, preferably within a fast-paced healthtech environment
- Strong interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiting role
- Ability to source candidates using various platforms and methods (e.g., Indeed, professional networks)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills, including phone outreach and maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Experience scheduling meetings, organizing interviews, and managing administrative tasks
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and a desire to contribute to process improvements
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Bonus Points
- Experience working in healthcare or mental health recruiting, especially with W2 clinicians
- Familiarity with corporate recruitment, including roles like software engineers, marketing, operations, and more
- Experience supporting events such as job fairs or hiring events

Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The base salary range for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
