EquipmentShare is Hiring a Service Specialist

EquipmentShare is searching for a Service Specialist for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitoring all service Key Performance Indicators and communicating with service team and store locations with reporting and corrective action needed to keep KPI below company required threshold

  • Support all Regions in helping identify and fill gaps in SOP’s and procedures

  • Helping with older open work orders on getting updates/answers on when they’ll be completed or if assistance is needed

  • Compile resources through OEM’s to build specific maintenance guidelines to help improve maintenance processes for all system assets and users

  • Meet monthly with Regional Service Team to ensure system needs are being met and procedures are clearly drawn out

  • Support the Corporate Parts team helping with inventory clean-up, adjustments and catalog additions

  • Work with development teams on smaller projects/writing basic scrips while learning more complex functions

  • Work with Fleet on integrating asset warranty information into T3

  • Monitor parts and service revenue streams identifying where we are missing opportunities and work with the service teams to collaborate a plan of action to increase both

  • Data entry for service related projects to improve the efficiency and quality of our service departments

  • Learning SQL, Snowflake, etc. to pull data when requested on special projects and internal service bulletins
