The Role:
As a Strategic Account Manager at Recorded Future, your role will be focused on nurturing and expanding relationships and revenue within existing Fortune 250 accounts. Your mission will involve working closely with existing clients to understand their needs and delivering value through our industry-leading solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
What You’ll Do As Strategic Account Manager:
- Lead Recorded Future’s growth in existing strategic accounts, overseeing the sales process from territory planning through prospecting and closure.
- Forge strong customer relationships to understand and address client needs while gaining access to decision-makers and effectively showcasing our solutions’ value
- Work closely with internal and external resources and partners to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct continuous discovery to adapt solutions to clients’ evolving needs.
- Effectively manage a robust pipeline, ensuring multiple qualified deals are progressing simultaneously while providing accurate sales outcome forecasts.
What You’ll Bring as Strategic Account Manager:
- Operational Command: Mastery in using sales tools for efficient territory management and opportunity tracking.
- Effective Communication: Skilled in value selling and active listening, adept at handling conversations with end-users to decision-makers, and effective in internal communications.
- Sales Acumen:
- Expertise in territory planning and executing go-to-market strategies
- Proficiency in prospecting, champion building, and leveraging relationships.
- Skilled in deal qualification, complex problem solving, negotiation, and closing.
- Discovery Skills: Adept at continuous engagement in insightful questioning to deeply understand and address evolving client needs, while also mentoring others in effective discovery methods.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the security industry and competitors to align solutions with client needs.
- Orchestration: Skilled in navigating complex internal and external environments, adept at assembling the right stakeholders/resources, and driving deal momentum.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$170,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
