Our client is into trading business into logistics services, trading Veterinary vaccines for poultry. Position Overview: Seeking a Sales Assistant proficient in documentation to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
· Assist in the preparation of sales documents, including quotes, contracts, and proposals.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
· Assist in the processing and tracking of sales orders.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the sales system.
· Prepare sales presentations and materials as needed.
· Interact with customers to gather necessary documentation and information.
· Communicate with clients to provide updates on order status and resolve any inquiries.
· Generate and analyze reports as required.

Skills
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of documentation experience.
· Fluency in Russian and English.
· Knowledge of vaccination business and healthcare industry.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Location – Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Working days – Monday – Friday (9 – 6 PM)
