We are seeking an experienced B2C Call Center Agent in Agadir! If you have a great English accent and strong communication skills, this could be the perfect role for
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Provide information about products or services to customers and resolve their issues.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to find effective solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the system.
* Follow communication “scripts” and protocols as required.
* Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
* Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling and quality metrics.
* Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Profil Recherché
* Previous experience in a B2C call center role
* Excellent English language skills with a clear accent
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* high school diploma
