You will lead the SAP S/4 Hana implementation for merchandising, assortment planning, purchasing, replenishment and pricing.

Description
Responsible for reviewing the existing business process, improve and map to the new ERP as part of the implementation.Collaborate with business stakeholders and partners to support ERP transformation, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery of modules.Collaborate with key business SMEs to define and model business processes, focusing on organizational structure configuration, master data, inventory management, merchandise distribution, and financial methods within the Retail ERP framework.Act as a liaison between functional/business users, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Understand business requirements, define test cases, manually validate end-to-end functionality, and collaborate with consultants/product owners to design and validate test cases, providing ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
Profile
Bachelors / Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.Overall 12-15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of S/4 Hana implementation or support experience.Must have implementation experience of S/4Hana in a Retail environment having integrations with multiple in-house and external systems.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring all types of Pricing schemas, Promotions, Markdown planning, Consignment, B2B & B2C sales, and order-to-cash scenarios and experience in integrating applications like Point of Sale, Salesforce commerce/ Magento/ Loyalty system, and other 3rd party applications.
