Senior Monitoring Operations Expert (Remote) | Orange

Employment: Full Time – Managing Monitoring Productions/changes on different monitoringsolutions validated by Monitoring Engineering.– Providing 24*7 technical support for monitoring infrastructureservers used for monitoring (oncall is required during none businesshours).– Managing accounts for all monitoring tools (creation, deletion andmodification).– Managing All tools used for monitoring.– Deploy Patches and new releases on Monitoring servers withdifferent OSs.– Tracking/Solving all monitoring incidents raised by servers’owners.– Testing new packages provided by Monitoring solutions forvalidation before their deployment.– Reporting server usage (for license purposes).– Contributing in the appliance of a better event managementprocess.Requirements – Very good understanding of monitoring tools (Ex. Truesigh ,Zabbix , Witbe , Gram , IKARA IP Label , Shinken).– Expert on Unix Solaris system administration (Certificate is aplus)– Very good understanding of IT & networking fundamentals (CCNAis a plus).– Very good understanding of Linux and windows operating systems.– Very good understanding of SNMP protocol and MIBs hierarchy.– Good Understanding in Scripting (Perl, Bash)– Very Good understanding of Oracle DB Fundamentals.– Very Good understanding of VMware Technologies.– Good Knowledge of SCOM– Good Presentation skills.– Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation).– Very good communication, facilitation and customer facingskills.– MSCE is a plus.Department Global Delivery & OperationsOrange Business manages and integrates the complexity of internationalcommunications, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiativesthat drive their business.
