Position Summary

We seek dynamic and enthusiastic Student Assistant
Brand Ambassadors to join our Marketing and Enrollment Management team at San Francisco Bay University (SFBU). Reporting to the Marketing
Coordinator & Social Media Specialist, you will serve as the face of SFBU, promoting the university’s programs and fostering engagement with
students, staff, and faculty. In this role, you’ll drive awareness through innovative marketing campaigns and social media initiatives,
which is key to building a vibrant campus community. This part-time, hourly position (up to 20 hours a week) at SFBU offers a unique
opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience, expand your professional network, and make a meaningful impact on
campus.

Job Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Act as a representative of SFBU, maintaining a
  positive and consistent image in all interactions.
• Event Coverage: Support campus events (such as New Student Orientation, community
  gatherings, performances, and other major university activities) and capture video and image assets throughout these events.
• Social
  Media Engagement: Promote SFBU across personal and university’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create
  engaging content (photos, stories, posts) highlighting brand campaigns, products, and events.
• Marketing Support: Assist in the
  creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and digital content, to effectively communicate SFBU
  activities.
• Campus Ambassadorship: Encourage students to participate in events.
• Tracking & Reporting: Provide regular
  updates and reports on social media performance.
• Other duties assigned: Support other enrollment-related
  activities.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Have a high school diploma.
• Current
  Enrollment: Must be a currently enrolled full-time student at San Francisco Bay University, in good standing. Students on academic break are
  not eligible.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and
  motivate peers.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, with a strong understanding of how to create
  engaging content.
• Outgoing & Energetic: Personable, confident, and enthusiastic with a natural ability to connect with
  others.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative
  Mindset: Able to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas for brand promotion.
• Self-motivated & Independent: Capable of
  working autonomously, taking initiative, and managing your own schedule

Salary Range:
$18 – $20 an
hour, depending on experience.
