Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Monitoring staff performance, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and in accordance with company standards.
Identifying areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues or concerns.
Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management
Making sure all operations in the hotel are running smoothly as it should.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
