About the role
Imperial aims for efficient use of space in the context of growth in student numbers and an enabling environment for discovery, innovation and impact. We are offering an opportunity to learn about scheduling and space management that will support all aspects of the timetabling cycle and the delivery and scheduling of examinations.
What you would be doing
You will support the Head of Examination Timetabling throughout the exam cycle, from assisting in scheduling and room allocations, to supporting the setup of exam venues and the provision of exam materials within each venue. You will demonstrate your excellent attention to detail when carrying out data inputting and importing, and also be willing to roll up your sleeves and help resolve any issues on the ground. You will support the teaching timetable process, respond to online queries and be a knowledgeable, approachable and friendly representative of the Central Timetabling Support team.

- Attention to detail is a vital part of the role
- Willing to work outside standard hours during busy exam periods
- You need to be technically literate enough to learn new systems quickly to a level where you can support others
- You need to be proactive in addressing and resolving issues
