Responsibilities
Play a key role in managing the support
queue, analyzing requests, complaints, concerns, and suggestions, ensuring prompt and appropriate follow-through.
Provide top-tier
customer service and website support, ensuring timely completion of requests and providing quick, friendly, and comprehensive responses.

Craft and enhance webpages using the Web Content Management System framework, to elevate the universitys web presence.
Contribute to the
design, development, testing, and support of custom web applications for various University departments within a content management
framework.
Assist in creating comprehensive documentation and self-help training materials, and conduct group training sessions to
empower users.
Serve as a valuable resource for web usability best practices and accessibility compliance, staying informed on the
latest industry standards.
Aid in the development and support of web content management system infrastructure, including templates,
reusable components, and customized solutions.
Flex your technical muscles by researching, identifying, and implementing solutions using
an array of technologies and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues spanning multiple systems, demonstrating a keen
understanding of their impact on customer and user experience.
Provide accurate time estimates and project plans. Accurately track and
report time by project.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelors degree or equivalency (one year of education can be
substituted for two years of related work experience) and 2-4 years of experience. Must have a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and
SQL.

Preferences
Hands-on experience with web content management systems, particularly Modern Campus Omni CMS.

Familiarity with designing within constraints such as web content management systems, IT service management systems and social media
platforms.
Mastery of web technologies such as PHP, MySQL, Apache, Unix flavors, XML, XSL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
Strong
knowledge of web standards including HTML5, CSS3, and WCAG 2.0.
Proven experience in developing responsive and highly accessible user
interfaces.
Troubleshooting prowess for HTML/CSS/JavaScript cross-browser bugs and PHP/MySQL issues.
Ability to see a large project
through from analysis through development, testing, QA, and delivery.
Proficiency with technical aspects of the web.
Experience
using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Demonstrated communication skills in verbal, written, and visual forms.
Exemplary
customer service skills, coupled with friendly, outgoing, and helpful disposition.
Impeccable attention to detail and superb
organizational skills.
Open to feedback and constructive criticism.
