An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Organisational Development team, working with OD business partners and HR colleagues, at a time when transformation, learning and talent are key strategic priorities for the University.
You will play a pivotal role in the success of our learning culture, accountable for designing, commissioning and delivering impactful development interventions. The role has a focus on ensuring internal mobility of talent, building management and leadership capability and fosters a culture of high performance.
Working to the Director of OD, Learning and Talent, you will also support change and transformation initiatives, coaching and mentoring schemes, and deliver a range of development interventions aligned to the people plan.
