This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fun, friendly, and hardworking Careers and Placements team at an exciting time. You will collaborate with like-minded colleagues, develop new skills, and be a part of a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusivity. 

 We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our daily operations, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. From team management to systems optimisation, and data analysis to health and safety compliance, your role will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Head of Student and Employer Engagement, you will provide project management for existing and new projects, streamlining processes and fostering collaboration to deliver exceptional results.

You will need to be a strong team manager with a proactive and flexible approach. With proven experience of managing operations and systems within a complex organisational structure and have excellent project management skills. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to think creatively and find efficiencies in operational activity. A collaborative approach with the ability to manage unpredictability will be essential.
