Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and revenue streams.


1. Market Research and Analysis:

  – Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

  – Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Business Development:

  – Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  – Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.

  – Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position the company’s solutions effectively.

3. Sales and Negotiation:

  – Lead sales presentations and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.

  – Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.

  – Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and objectives.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  – Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

  – Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

  – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

  – Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
