Digital Content and Accessibility Coordinator

Job Summary

Writes and edits web content. Completes web application
programming, back-end site development, and maintenance of the content management system (CMS). Monitors projects, employees, users, and
approval processes. Provides technical support and collaborates with vendors. Analyzes site traffic statistics and enhances search engine
optimization (SEO) and marketing. Designs and programs templates and writes web content.


Essential Functions

As an integral member of the marketing communications team within the Division of Student Affairs, the Digital Content and
Accessibility Coordinator will use their exceptional technical skills, creativity, and organizational experience to effectively manage a
robust Web site that meets University accessibility standards and successfully promotes events, programs, and services. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to work both collaboratively and independently to manage a large
volume of deadline-driven projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate must be proficient with the use of a variety of
software, including Drupal, Google Analytics, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Primary responsibilities will include:
(1) Ensuring digital accessibility policy compliance; (2) Managing all content for the Division of Student Affairs Web site; (3) Assisting
with Graphic Design and production of promotional materials; and (4) Assisting with special projects.
