The Role

We have a vacancy in our Teaching and Learning and Programme Support Team. Our team provides a high standard of administrative support to key programme administration related activities ensuring an efficient and effective service to programme and portfolio leads, and students. The team is dedicated to delivering high quality experiences to both students and staff – from responding to queries, enrolling students and managing exam board processing, to coordinating the maintenance of records, systems and reports. Successful applicants will be based on the Avery Hill Campus.

Your profile    

We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience, preferably in a large and complex organisation – ideally within higher education. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills.  You can quickly build strong and positive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues.  You have excellent organisational skills and can plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work in order to achieve objectives.  You will have strong IT skills and enjoy multi-tasking. Comfortable with rapid change, you are happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives. Your track record includes proven experience working in a reception or public facing role, experience of multi-tasking and prioritising work to meet deadlines and experience of working in a busy and professional office. Great problem solving and decision-making skills are crucial alongside accuracy and an eye for detail.
