From a bootstrapped start-up, we’ve grown into a well-funded company, logging over 5 million parcels yearly through our flagship SaaS product. We work with the likes of NASA, Oxford, the US Airforce, Tottenham Hotspur, and many more institutions.

Our mission is simple: it’s to power the last yard of every delivery. We are a small, driven team of under 20 people committed to maintaining high talent density and vigorous execution.

About the role:

Parcel Tracker is heavily investing in content marketing and SEO over the coming years. You’ll be the first dedicated team member to join this department. Your role will include:

• Research, plan, and prioritize content ideas and articles
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and social media, demonstrating a deep understanding of our target audience
• Work across different disciplines, including content writing, technical SEO, localisation and copy writing
• Test ideas and run experiments, monitor and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights 
• Discover new insights and content ideas, while also taking into account technical capabilities, business needs, and specific platform demands.

Key Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

• Great understanding of SEO / Organic growth marketing metrics and solid expertise in growing and executing acquisition activities
• Proven track record of owning projects that have moved the needle, autonomous, and accountable for driving successful initiatives
• Proven curiosity and affinity for tech, logistics and real estate
• Excellent communicator, ability to turn complex ideas, technical constraints & metrics into simple, impactful stories for people to understand
• Excellent writing abilities, your able to communicate ideas in an engaging and clear manner through the written word.
