Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, demonstrating attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication

- The candidates should be team players and show initiative

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to organize tasks to accomplish the work and plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
- The candidates should be able to coordinate activities with other work units or departments and monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- The candidates should be able to train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, and coordinate, assign, and review work
- The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies and keep track of shipments
