Salary: $28.40 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 2460 Anson Dr, Mississauga, ON L5S 1G2, Canada
Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, demonstrating attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility, be organized, and demonstrate reliability
  • The candidates should be team players and show initiative

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to organize tasks to accomplish the work and plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate activities with other work units or departments and monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • The candidates should be able to train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, and coordinate, assign, and review work
  • The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies and keep track of shipments
