Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed post-secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have 1-2 years of customer service experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
  • The candidates should be capable of performing the physical aspects of the job involved in display building and merchandising our products
  • The candidates should preferably have experience in Food Service or Consumer Products
  • The candidates should demonstrate analytical and organizational skills
  • The candidates should exhibit strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills
  • The candidates should display proficiency in using Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to execute our sales plans through selling, merchandising, shelving, and building exciting displays in a specifically assigned territory
  • The candidates should be able to engage and onboard new customers to PepsiCo products, services, and promotions to enhance PepsiCo’s in-store presence
  • The candidates should be able to educate and excite customers about our existing portfolio of beverages and upcoming innovations
  • The candidates should be able to develop assigned accounts to achieve sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service targets
  • The candidates should be able to identify selling opportunities to increase incremental displays and promotional programs in-store
  • The candidates should be able to leverage their knowledge of PepsiCo’s key financial measures to deliver sales and profit objectives
  • The candidates should be able to evaluate customer business needs and analyze market trends to develop service solutions
  • The candidates should be able to provide an exceptional level of sales consultation, customer service, and innovative solutions
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with the delivery and merchandising departments to ensure top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
