Good eLearning, an Omniplex Learning company, is on the hunt for a talented and dedicated Freelance Trainer to provide critical tutor support for our ITIL Practice Manager suite. Our Tutor Support team is instrumental in answering queries and guiding learners about the course content, ensuring an enabling and transformative learning experience.

About You
We’re seeking someone who possesses an innate ability to empathize with learners, provide dynamic and comprehensive answers to their questions, and contribute to their successful learning journey. You are:
- An ITIL Master with Trainer certification in ITIL Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil, Plan, Implement and Control, and Collaborate, Assure and Improve.
- Agile and proactive, welcoming the idea of continuous learning and growth.
- Confident in your ITIL knowledge, capable of providing direct and factual responses to learners.
- Dynamic and adaptable, willing to explore new ideas and practices.
About The Role
In this role, your main responsibility will be to answer learner queries about the content of our ITIL Practice Manager suite. You’ll be the go-to person for these courses:
- ITIL Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil and the five component Practitioner courses
- ITIL Specialist: Plan, Implement and Control and the five component Practitioner courses
- ITIL Specialist: Collaborate, Assure and Improve and the five component Practitioner courses
