Job Description


The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and supervising of projects related to integrated video surveillance solutions. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and installation to testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. The Project Manager must manage a team and ensures that the security systems are effectively designed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with the Qatar’s MOI- SSD guidelines/ client’s expectations.


Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning and execution of large- scale IP video surveillance projects.

* Ensure compliance with MOI SSD guidelines.

* Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

* Assign tasks, establish priorities, and monitor progress to meet project objectives.

* Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.

* Monitor project expenses and adhere to the allocated budget.

* Lead a project team, which may include engineers, technicians, installers, and subcontractors.

* Liaise with clients and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high- quality project outcomes.


Qualifications/ Requirements :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

* Familiarity with MOI- SSD guidelines in Qatar.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Qatar IP video surveillance industry.

* Proven ability to manage large- scale IP video surveillance projects.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong track record of handling top- level clients.

* Experience with project planning, execution, and budget management.

* Must be technically sound to lead the team effectively.
