Job Description
Quality Assurance:
- Manage all aspects of product quality and food safety throughout the company to meet FSMA and GFSI requirements such as HACCP, SQF, FSVP, FSSC certification.
- Ensure Quality Manual, procedure, and work instructions are followed, and changes are done as per the system.
- Perform regular Quality checks of the mills, factories, warehouses, and storing containers and ensure they all comply with the company’s standards.
- Perform quality assurance audits to ensure that the organization meets industry standards for best practices.
- Map customer requirements, identify improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize satisfaction levels.
- Keep senior management updated on significant developments that are identified during Quality Assurance activities.
Food Safety Management:
- Maintain and improve the company’s food safety management systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Implement and maintain the company’s food safety procedures, such as HACCP, BRC, or similar programs.
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure that food safety is integrated into the overall quality management system.
- Drive the Vendor NCR management process.
- Monitor supplier performance and verify that they meet or exceed the company’s expectations for food safety.
