- To ensure achievement of monthly sales/ lease targets whilst building the Company’s reputation and long-term sustainability.
- To implement the sales/ lease plan under the Sales Manager’s supervision to achieve profitability & sales/ lease goals.
- List property by examining the property, recommending improvements that will enhance salability, coordinating with appraisers to set a selling/ leasing price, and closing a deal.
- Arrange and carry out presentations on the Company and site visits of the property offered for potential clients.
- Negotiate agreements with the clients as per set policies and guidelines and coordinate with respective senior management.
- Actively coordinating with Real Estate Agents to ensure prospective clients are provided with accurate information about the property.
- Integrate sales/ lease efforts with organized marketing activities and attend and participate in events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate sales/ lease, create more sales/ lease leads, and collect market information.
