Job Description We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “ Regional Controller – NAF f/m” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following Missions: Regional Controlling Function for North Africa legal entities Leading automation projects that are strategical for Business Areas Transformation & projects to increase accuracy in reporting, forecast & strategic business development. Implementation of Controlling Processes according to Bosch Standards and Central Directives in NAF Region Being a business partner/advisor to Regional Top Management regarding financial topics, reporting, budget, costs & profitability topics, business analysis. Job duties and responsibilities: Monthly reporting for North Africa legal entities (incl. reporting for divisions & admin functions, reporting of costs, P&L, Balance Sheet Items, CAPEX) Month-end closing & Year-end closing activities including Controlling process in SAP Business Planning and quarterly forecast for North Africa Region Profitability analysis and continuous evaluation of risks and opportunities against plan / forecast Business partnering advisory role to Admin Functions MAE Business Planning & Controlling Regional operation support, eg. setting up service agreements between African legal entities, support of Management of African legal entities in all controlling/reporting matters Tracking of all relevant business KPIs (sales, costs, gross margin, EBIT) Leading Regional Controlling projects such as new systems implementation, Controlling processes implementation and Automation Projects Working on automatizing of Controlling processes and implementing solutions to increase efficiency of Controlling Qualifications Education (incl. language): Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management Fluent English is a must Knowledge and Skills: Advanced Knowledge of SAP CO module and at least 1-2 years of practical work in SAP system. FI, SD modules knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of reporting systems and processes eg. HFM Advanced knowledge of MS Office, expertise in Excel is a must Excellent Communication Skills (both oral & writing skills) Strong analytical skills Self-motivated, highly independent, flexible, result orientated and able to deliver on time High level of maturity in analyzing and presenting business topics Ability to lead the projects autonomously Work Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Controlling in international environment. International work experience is a plus Experience in Regional Organization Experience with working in SAP CO module on daily basis Experience with budget planning, business analysis and supporting management with strategic decisions Experience with leading meetings and presentations to top management Additional Information Regional Controller is highly independent role and it’s expected that Controller will be able to take most of day-to-day decisions by herself (as long as in line with current Controlling Department Strategy & Central Directives) It’s also expected that Controller will be able to lead the meetings with top management and advise them regarding most of Controlling topics CVs should be submitted in English only Regional Controller – NAF f/m Quartier Oasis, Allée sur la rue des Papillons, Immeuble Bosch, N1, Casablanca, Morocco * Full-time
