Job Description


Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) segment is an innovative, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of markets and buyers, responsible for developing and leading the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of SaaS solutions. With an expert understanding of buying audiences and their needs, the successful candidate for this role acts as a subject matter expert and portfolio evangelist who transfers knowledge about the SNF market, buyers and product/s across marketing and sales functions. This critical role is the glue that binds our business and product strategy to the marketing programs and tactics needed to achieve measurable results.

As a Sr. Product Marketing professional, you understand our market and buyers, including how they make their buying decisions. You have the critical ability to grasp and translate product capabilities into business benefits to develop and lead product launch and marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand. You are obsessed with tracking performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what is not. You back up strategic insights with evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.

In addition to working with the Marketing team, you will regularly collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product Management, Customer Success and others). It is a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.

At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The Canada base salary range for this position is $111,000 – $124,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
