Resident Engineer (Freelance)

Description du poste We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join our Partner in Casablanca, Morocco for a 1-year freelance engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, including Isilon, vMax, PowerEdge, Data Domain, OpenManage, and SCG systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving for hardware and software issues related to Isilon, vMax, PowerEdge, Data Domain, OpenManage, and SCG systems Perform regular maintenance, updates, and configurations to ensure optimal system performance Collaborate with the local IT team to document processes, train personnel, and knowledge share Identify and recommend improvements to the existing IT infrastructure Provide on-call support and respond to urgent issues as needed Maintain detailed records and reports of all activities and resolutions
